Hello,
I am planning to buy a hot tub/ spa, and wondering what I will need to prepare in terms of electrical, foundation etc.
Thans in advance.

Depends on the type of spa, do you have the mfg/ model#?

Foundation- spas usually will need some sort of foundation, like stone, concrete, deck, etc.

Electrical- probably the most important and one that requires a good electrician. Looks like yours comes ready to plug in to 110V to a normal outlet; but if you want to heat up your water faster, I would recommend a 220V conversion; again, consult a good electrician for this one.

Plumbing- garden hose is should be sufficient for your type; and don't forget about good drainage.

Permit- Also be sure to check local jurisdiction if permit is required, although I believe the plug and play types (like what you have) usually don't.

Maintenance- All spas/ pools require a good maintenance including sanitation, pH, alkalinity, etc. Tons of resources out there, but usually test strips and a few chemicals can easily do the job.
