With the prices that have been rising in the recent months, how is everyone handling this? Obviously in the end costs are passed on to the clients, but it just doesn't seem to end. Fortunately there has not been shortage of work for me, but it is concerning because at some point something is gonna give...

Inflation, labor shortages, high demand, low supply... all leads to high prices. And they are here to stay for a long while.

Prices do seem to have stabilized recently e.g. lumber, but honestly can change at any moment. This is the new norm, get used to this type of environment.
